The Commercial Delta IS-1 mission launched a cluster of five
satellites for the Iridium communication system. The launch was
originally scheduled for Friday, February 8, 2002 13:00 EST (18:00
GMT) but was rescheduled 24 hours because launch constraints
on vehicle motion due to wind were exceeded. The launch was then
moved to Sunday due to the unavailability of the P3 Aircraft and
then to Monday, Feb 11, 2002 due to a fuel sensor problem.
